This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Company-Reg.co.za (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in South Africa, and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”).

4. Payment and Service Delivery
- Payment: All services provided by Company are subject to payment in full before service delivery commences. We recommend using our automated payment options for a seamless and efficient transaction.
- Manual Payments: For manual bank transfers or deposits, an additional fee of R50 will be charged. Please note that service delivery will only commence once the payment has cleared in our bank account.
5. User Content
The Website may allow you to submit comments, reviews, or other content (collectively, “User Content”). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you submit to the Website. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit such User Content to the Website and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as provided by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
