Overview
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, in the event that a penalty was charged in error, we will issue a store credit to your account. This credit can be used toward future services and is linked to your account, meaning it cannot be transferred to another account.
Eligibility for Store Credit
Store credit will only be issued if you selected to pay penalties, because you were not sure if your submissions is in time but no penalties applied to your situation. To be eligible for store credit, we will note if it was applicable or not when the transaction is being processed. This will automatically be applied to your account if required.
Store Credit Conditions
- The store credit will be applied to your account and may be used for future purchases of services.
- Credit is non-transferable between accounts, and no refunds will be issued for store credit balances.
Late or Missing Store Credit
If you have not received your store credit, please first check your account for any updates. If the credit is not available, contact us at {email address} for assistance.
Sale Items
Since we provide services, no physical goods are sold, and therefore no sale items are applicable for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges, as our services are non-tangible and cannot be replaced. If however you made a fault in the selection of options during the order process, and it turns out we have been overpaid, we will credit the balance less R50.00 admin fee to your account for future use.
