All companies will be registered as (PTY) LTD. This will automatically be added to the end of your company name.

Your new company name will probably stay the same for the rest of its duration while you are in charge, so choose wisely.

In the unlikely event that the second name is also not available, this name will be registered

This is really unlikely to be used, but it has happened before, so please provide a last and final option

If your company is currently registered without a name, please state “NO NAME”

This is not required, only necessary if there is new Directors, or Directors that need to be removed.

Please indicate how many Owners or Shareholders together is listed on this company and add the amount of Owners / Shareholders that need to be added or removed.
(Eg. 3 existing shareholders+ 1 that need to be removed & 2 new shareholders that need to be added = 6)
